All orders will be shipped AFTER all credit card information has been verified, regardless of the shipping method you selected. If we have problems contacting you because of verification problems, your order will be delayed in shipping. Once your credit card information has been verified your order will ship. Verification can take up to 24 hours.

Different "Ship to" and "Bill to" addresses may be verified by phone. All UPS Next day air and UPS Second day air shipments will be verified by phone. Any substitutions will be verified by phone. Please make sure that you leave a phone number where you can be reached in person. Otherwise we will leave you a message to call us back. Calling for verification is at our discretion.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories will be shipped via The United States Post Office (Priority Mail) Due to shipping/tracking problems we will not ship to APO or FPO (military) addresses.

United Parcel Service (UPS) delivers and picks up Monday through Friday. The weekend and holidays does not count in transit time. Ground packages can take up to 10 business days. All other air services are guaranteed to arrive as stated.

Summer Perishable Goods Shipping Policy (April-October)

Due to the hot weather during these months, orders that contain perishable items (Candy, Chocolates, etc.) should be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

Orders that contain perishable items may be held for shipping until the following Monday if doing so will prevent the package from sitting in a U.P.S. warehouse over the weekend.
